Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the integrity of the HRIS database, ensuring all employee records are up-to-date and compliant with local labor laws.
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of new HR software modules to streamline recruitment, payroll, and performance management.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly workforce analytics reports to support strategic decision-making by senior management.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting and end-user training for all HR-related software applications.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to ensure data security and system integration with other corporate platforms.
  • Audit HR data regularly to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Develop standardized procedures for data entry and system usage to minimize errors.
  • Assist in the development of automated workflows for employee lifecycle events such as onboarding and offboarding.

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional technical troubleshooting capabilities regarding software and database management.
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to data privacy and security.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical IT staff and non-technical HR personnel.

Education

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related business field is required. Advanced certifications in HR technology or data analytics are highly preferred.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of direct experience working with enterprise-level HRIS platforms. Proven experience in data migration, system implementation, or HR process automation is essential. Previous experience in a professional services or consulting environment is a significant advantage.

Salary
