Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Specialist to join our growing team in Adama. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the HRIS database, ensuring all employee records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Lead the implementation of new HR modules and software upgrades to enhance data collection and reporting.
- Generate complex analytical reports for senior management to support strategic workforce planning.
- Provide technical support and training to HR staff and employees on system functionalities.
- Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws and international data privacy standards regarding employee information.
- Collaborate with the IT department to integrate HRIS with other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets into actionable insights.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities regarding software configuration and data troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical IT requirements and HR business needs.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to data security and confidentiality.
Education
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related business field is required. Advanced certifications in HR technology or data analytics are highly preferred.
Experience
Candidates must possess at least 3 to 5 years of direct experience managing HR information systems within a large-scale corporate environment. Proven experience in system implementation and data migration projects is essential for success in this role.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 45,000 SSP to 75,000 SSP, depending on the candidate’s experience and technical expertise. This is a competitive package designed to attract top-tier talent in the region.
