Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to lead our quality management systems at the Adama manufacturing facility. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all production processes adhere to strict regulatory requirements and internal quality benchmarks. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance protocols for all manufacturing stages.

  • Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot quality-related issues on the factory floor.

  • Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and quality management systems.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related scientific field is mandatory. A Master’s degree or professional certification in Quality Management is highly preferred.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector. Proven experience in managing quality audits and leading technical teams is essential for success in this role.

Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 45,000 to 65,000 SSP, depending on the candidate’s expertise and performance during the interview process.
