Job Summary

HDAMA is seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resource & Performance Management Manager to lead HR operations, performance systems, and administrative coordination within the organization.


Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations & Management

  • Oversee daily HR and performance management activities
  • Manage recruitment processes (job posting, interviews, onboarding)
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
  • Ensure smooth HR administrative operations

2. Policy Development & Compliance

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Support organizational HR strategy alignment with management goals

3. Employee Relations & Development

  • Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Coordinate staff training and development programs
  • Support performance management systems

4. Administrative & Logistics Support

  • Act as liaison for administrative functions
  • Support logistics and operational administrative tasks
  • Assist senior management with HR-related requirements

5. Strategic HR Support

  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals
  • Contribute to performance improvement initiatives
  • Perform additional HR and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • 0–1 years of experience (as stated in requirement)
  • Strong understanding of HR operations and performance management
  • Knowledge of labor laws and organizational HR practices
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage administrative responsibilities effectively
