Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production lines to achieve daily output targets.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as yield, downtime, and waste, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on the shop floor.
• Lead shift handovers, briefings, and debriefings to maintain clear communication across teams.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain departments to resolve bottlenecks.
• Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation for audit purposes.
• Mentor and develop junior operators, fostering a culture of accountability and skill growth.

Education
