Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and negotiate construction contracts, sub‑contracts, and change orders.

  • Maintain accurate contract records, logs, and correspondence throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with project managers to align contract terms with project schedules, budgets, and scope.

  • Support procurement activities by evaluating subcontractor proposals and ensuring fair competition.
  • Prepare regular reports on contract status, variations, and financial impacts for stakeholders.
