Key Responsibilities
- Conduct environmental and social impact assessments for conservation projects in the region.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate the negative impacts of conservation projects on local communities.
- Collaborate with local stakeholders, including government agencies, community leaders, and local organizations, to ensure that conservation projects are socially and environmentally sustainable.
- Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation plans to track the social and environmental impacts of conservation projects.
Required Skills
- Master’s degree in Environmental Science or related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in environmental social impact assessment and conservation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
