Job Overview

The Digital Content Strategist will lead the planning, creation, and distribution of multimedia content across BBC’s digital platforms, targeting audiences in Ethiopia and the wider East African region. Key Responsibilities

Education

Experience

Applicants should have 3‑5 years of proven experience in digital content strategy, editorial planning or online media production, preferably within a news organization or a large media house. Experience working in the Ethiopian market or with multilingual audiences is highly desirable.

Salary

The position offers a competitive salary range of 180,000 to 240,000 SSP per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Performance‑based bonuses and other incentives may be provided.
