Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily vehicle dispatching and routing to ensure timely delivery of cargo and services.
- Monitor fleet performance metrics, including fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and driver efficiency.
- Liaise with maintenance teams to ensure all vehicles are in optimal working condition and compliant with safety regulations.
- Manage driver schedules and ensure adherence to labor laws and rest requirements.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all fleet movements, fuel usage, and maintenance logs.
- Identify opportunities for route optimization to reduce transit times and operational expenses.
- Ensure all transport activities comply with national and international logistics regulations.
