Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct environmental and social impact assessments for conservation projects in the region.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate the negative impacts of conservation projects on local communities.
  • Collaborate with local stakeholders, including government agencies, community leaders, and local organizations, to ensure that conservation projects are socially and environmentally sustainable.
  • Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation plans to track the social and environmental impacts of conservation projects.

Required Skills

  • Master’s degree in Environmental Science or related field.
  • 8-12 years of experience in environmental social impact assessment and conservation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
