Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sustainable farming techniques tailored to Dire Dawa’s agro-ecological conditions
  • Conduct workshops on soil conservation, water management, and organic farming
  • Collaborate with local cooperatives to establish seed banks and community farms
  • Monitor climate patterns and advise farmers on adaptive agricultural strategies
  • Prepare reports on project impact and resource utilization for stakeholders

Required Skills

  • Expertise in agroecology and permaculture principles

Salary
