The Supply Chain Risk Manager will lead the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks affecting the end‑to‑end supply chain of Procter & Gamble Ethiopia. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct risk assessments across sourcing, transportation, warehousing, and distribution channels.
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and environmental factors that could impact supply chain stability in Ethiopia and the broader region.
- Collaborate with procurement to evaluate supplier risk profiles and implement mitigation strategies.
- Design and execute business continuity plans, including contingency sourcing and alternative logistics routes.
- Lead cross‑functional risk workshops and training sessions for stakeholders.
- Utilize data analytics and predictive modeling to forecast potential disruptions.
