Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
• Maintain accurate stock records using inventory management systems.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests.
• Organize warehouse storage to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Issue materials according to approved requisitions.
• Monitor product expiry dates and stock rotation procedures.
• Prepare inventory reports and stock movement summaries.

• Investigate inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.

Education Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Warehouse Management, or related field.
• Certification in inventory control or warehouse management is advantageous.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management software.
• Knowledge of stock control procedures and warehouse operations.
