Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate stock records using inventory management systems.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests.
- Organize warehouse storage to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Issue materials according to approved requisitions.
- Monitor product expiry dates and stock rotation procedures.
- Prepare inventory reports and stock movement summaries.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain documentation for audits and inspections.
- Support asset tracking and inventory optimization initiatives.

Education Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Warehouse Management, or related field.
- Certification in inventory control or warehouse management is advantageous.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
- Experience with ERP or inventory management software.
- Knowledge of stock control procedures and warehouse operations.
- Experience in aviation, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution sectors is preferred.
