Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems (QMS) across the production lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor a team of quality technicians and laboratory analysts to ensure precision in testing.
• Conduct regular audits of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to ensure compliance with international standards.
• Manage non-conformance reports and lead root cause analysis for any deviations in product quality.
• Collaborate with the production and supply chain departments to minimize waste and optimize resource usage.
• Ensure all food safety protocols, including HACCP and ISO standards, are strictly followed.
