Job Overview

The Senior Policy Analyst will lead research and analysis on macroeconomic and sectoral policies that influence Ethiopia’s development trajectory. Key Responsibilities

Education

Minimum of seven years of professional experience in policy analysis, research, or advisory roles within international development, government, or reputable think‑tanks. Demonstrated experience in Ethiopia or the Horn of Africa region is essential.

Salary
