Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hydropower Plant Engineer to lead technical operations and maintenance strategies for our major hydropower installations. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, efficiency, and longevity of hydroelectric assets. The successful candidate will oversee complex engineering projects, manage technical teams, and implement advanced monitoring systems to optimize power output. This is a high-impact role designed for an expert who understands the intricacies of turbine mechanics, electrical synchronization, and large-scale grid integration.

Key Responsibilities
