Job Overview
The Revenue Management Analyst will play a pivotal role in optimizing room inventory, pricing strategies, and distribution channels for Marriott’s flagship hotel in Addis Ababa. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze historical booking data, market trends, and competitor pricing to develop dynamic pricing models.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance reports for senior management.

- Support the implementation of revenue management systems and ensure data integrity.
- Conduct scenario planning and forecasting to anticipate demand fluctuations.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and revenue management software (e.g., OPERA, IDeaS).
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to cross‑functional teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Understanding of hospitality market dynamics and consumer behavior.

Education
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline. Advanced certifications such as Certified Revenue Management Executive (CRME) are advantageous but not mandatory.
Experience
A minimum of three to five years of hands‑on experience in revenue management within the hospitality sector is required. Experience with international hotel chains or exposure to the Ethiopian tourism market will be considered a strong asset.
Salary
The compensation package ranges from 300,000 to 500,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, performance‑based incentives are offered to reward exceptional revenue outcomes.
