Job Overview

The Industrial Automation Engineer will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated systems that drive production efficiency at Heineken Ethiopia’s Bahir Dar brewery. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SCADA dashboards to monitor real‑time performance metrics and support data‑driven decision making.
• Collaborate with mechanical and process engineers to integrate new equipment and retrofit existing machinery with automation upgrades.
• Conduct risk assessments, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
