Job Overview

The Hospitality Procurement Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end procurement processes for our luxury properties in the region. This role involves strategic sourcing of high-quality food, beverage, linens, and various guest amenities that align with Marriott’s global standards. You will be tasked with managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and optimizing costs without compromising the premium quality our guests expect.
