Job Overview
The Fraud Detection Specialist will join the Risk Management team in Adama, focusing on identifying, analyzing, and mitigating fraudulent activities across Mastercard’s payment network in Ethiopia. Key Responsibilities

- Prepare regular reports on fraud trends, loss metrics, and mitigation effectiveness for senior management.
- Work with merchants and issuing banks to implement fraud prevention best practices and resolve disputes.
- Stay updated on emerging fraud schemes, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
- Participate in the design and testing of real‑time fraud detection tools and rule‑sets.

Required Skills
