Job Overview
Accenture is seeking a Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team in Mekelle, Ethiopia.
The successful candidate will work with clients to identify and prioritize digital transformation opportunities, develop and implement digital strategies, and lead the implementation of digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct digital transformation assessments and develop recommendations for clients
- Develop and implement digital strategies and roadmaps for clients
- Lead the implementation of digital solutions, including the design and development of digital products and services
- Collaborate with clients to identify and prioritize digital transformation opportunities
- Develop and deliver training and change management programs for clients
Required Skills
- 8-12 years of experience in digital transformation, consulting or a related field
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud, mobile, social media and analytics
- Experience with digital transformation methodologies and tools, such as Agile and DevOps
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
