Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Hawassa, Ethiopia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns for our clients, as well as analyzing and reporting on campaign results. This is a full-time position, and the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns for clients, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO)
- Analyze and report on campaign results, including metrics such as website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and account management, to ensure successful campaign execution
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve campaign performance
Required Skills
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and SEO
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations for campaign improvement
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
