Job Overview
The Digital Marketing Analyst will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales across Ethiopia. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, display, and email platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other tools to produce actionable insights.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content that aligns with brand voice and local market preferences.
- Manage paid media budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and cost efficiency.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify emerging digital trends in Ethiopia.
- Optimize website SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic visibility and traffic.
- Report weekly and monthly performance metrics to senior management and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Support the development of influencer partnerships and community engagement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Amharic.
- Ability to interpret data and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.

Education
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. Candidates with certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar digital marketing credentials will be given preference.
Experience
Applicants should have 2‑4 years of hands‑on experience managing digital marketing campaigns, preferably within the consumer goods or beverage sector. Experience working in emerging markets, particularly in East Africa, is highly valued.
Salary
The compensation package ranges from SSP 1,200,000 to SSP 1,800,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise. The package includes performance‑based bonuses and other incentives.
