Key Responsibilities
- Manage the technical team responsible for the day-to-day operation of the data center
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and equipment
- Implement best practices for data center management, including energy efficiency and security
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for data center operations
- Monitor and report on data center performance, including energy consumption and uptime
Required Skills
- 8-12 years of experience in data center operations
- Strong technical knowledge of data center infrastructure, including power and cooling systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience
8-12 years of experience in data center operations, including management and technical roles
