Job Overview

The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data to inform business decisions and support programme implementation. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret complex data to inform business decisions and support programme implementation
  • Develop and maintain databases and data systems to support data analysis and reporting
  • Create data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with programme teams to design and implement data collection and analysis tools
  • Provide technical assistance and support to programme teams on data analysis and data management

Required Skills

  • Strong background in data analysis, data visualization, and data management
  • Proficiency in data analysis software such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

Experience

2-3 years of experience in data analysis, data management, or related field.

Salary

The salary range for this position is ETB 15,000 – 25,000 per month.
