Job Overview

  • Manage end‑to‑end execution of activation events, sampling programs, experiential marketing, and in‑store promotions.
  • Collaborate with trade and sales teams to ensure activation activities support distribution and sell‑through targets.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, sales lift, and ROI, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee agency relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
  • Maintain activation budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost‑effective utilization of resources.
  • Coordinate with digital teams to integrate online and offline activation touchpoints for a seamless consumer journey.
  • Lead post‑activation debriefs, compile learnings, and share best practices across the regional marketing network.
