Job Overview

The Senior Agronomy Research Specialist will play a pivotal role in our Jimma research hub. This position is designed for a highly skilled scientist who can bridge the gap between laboratory findings and real-world field applications. You will lead experimental trials, analyze crop performance, and develop protocols to improve seed vigor and pest resistance.
