Job Overview
The Senior Agronomy Research Specialist will play a pivotal role in our Jimma research hub. This position is designed for a highly skilled scientist who can bridge the gap between laboratory findings and real-world field applications. You will lead experimental trials, analyze crop performance, and develop protocols to improve seed vigor and pest resistance. Key Responsibilities

Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 45,000 to 75,000 SSP, depending on the candidate’s expertise and qualifications.
