Job Overview

The Senior Agronomy Specialist will play a pivotal role in our research and development efforts within the Tigray region. Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute large-scale field trials to evaluate new seed varieties and crop protection products.
• Analyze complex datasets from field trials to provide actionable insights for the product development team.
• Collaborate with local agricultural extension services to promote best practices in soil management and pest control.
• Develop technical training modules for farmers and local distributors regarding new product applications.

Experience

Applicants must possess at least five years of professional experience in agronomic research or field management, preferably within a multinational agricultural company. Salary
