Job Overview
The Senior Robotics Automation Engineer will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing automated systems for our industrial clients. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of robotic integration, from initial conceptualization and simulation to on-site installation and troubleshooting. This role requires a deep understanding of motion control, sensor integration, and PLC programming. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex robotic automation systems tailored to specific manufacturing requirements.
- Program and configure industrial robots and automated guided vehicles (AGVs).
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of automated workflows to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate robotic cells into existing production lines.
- Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for complex automation failures.
- Optimize system performance through continuous data analysis and iterative design improvements.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Rockwell, or similar).
- Expertise in robotic programming languages and simulation software (e.g., RoboGuide, RobotStudio).
- Strong understanding of electrical control systems and sensor technology.

- Excellent communication skills for technical documentation and client interaction.
Education
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field is mandatory. A Master’s degree in Automation Technology is highly preferred.
Experience
Candidates must possess at least 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation or robotics engineering. Proven experience in deploying large-scale automated systems in a manufacturing setting is essential.
