The Automated Systems Integration Specialist will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex automated production lines. Key Responsibilities

• Design and integrate complex automated control systems for large-scale manufacturing plants.
• Program and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI).
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers to ensure hardware and software synchronization.
• Conduct site surveys and technical assessments to identify automation needs.
• Perform rigorous testing and validation of newly integrated automated systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing automated production lines.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Rockwell, or Schneider).
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols like Modbus, Profibus, and EtherNet/IP.
• Expertise in reading and interpreting complex electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills in high-pressure industrial environments.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field is mandatory. Candidates with advanced certifications in industrial automation or control systems will be given preference.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation, system integration, or control engineering is required. Proven experience in commissioning large-scale automated systems in a manufacturing setting is highly desirable.
