Job Overview
The Automated Systems Integration Specialist will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex automated production lines. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between software control systems and physical hardware to ensure seamless manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities
- Design and integrate complex automated control systems for large-scale manufacturing plants.
- Program and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI).
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers to ensure hardware and software synchronization.
- Conduct site surveys and technical assessments to identify automation needs.
- Perform rigorous testing and validation of newly integrated automated systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing automated production lines.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Rockwell, or Schneider).
- Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols like Modbus, Profibus, and EtherNet/IP.
- Expertise in reading and interpreting complex electrical and mechanical schematics.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills in high-pressure industrial environments.
- Strong project management and documentation skills.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field is mandatory. Candidates with advanced certifications in industrial automation or control systems will be given preference.
Experience
A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation, system integration, or control engineering is required. Proven experience in commissioning large-scale automated systems in a manufacturing setting is highly desirable. We seek professionals who have successfully managed complex technical projects from conception to completion.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 45,000 SSP to 65,000 SSP, depending on the candidate’s expertise and technical certifications. This competitive package reflects the high level of skill required for this specialized role.
