Job Overview

The Sustainable Agriculture Specialist will be responsible for:

Developing and implementing sustainable agriculture practices in our operations and with our customers.

Conducting research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving agricultural productivity and sustainability.

Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sustainable agriculture programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sustainable agriculture practices in our operations and with our customers.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving agricultural productivity and sustainability.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sustainable agriculture programs and initiatives.
• Provide technical assistance and training to farmers and other stakeholders on sustainable agriculture practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sustainable agriculture programs and initiatives.

Required Skills

• Master’s degree in Agriculture or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in sustainable agriculture or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable agriculture practices and principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field.

Experience

5-7 years of experience in sustainable agriculture or a related field.

Salary

80,000 – 120,000 SSP per year.
