Job Overview
The E-commerce UX Designer will play a critical role in shaping the visual and functional journey of our customers. As we scale our operations in Semera and beyond, the ability to create intuitive, user-centric interfaces is paramount. You will be responsible for designing the layouts, interaction models, and visual elements that define our mobile app and web platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of user behavior, psychological principles of design, and the technical constraints of mobile-first markets. Key Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for mobile and web applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to implement designs.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure brand consistency.
- Analyze user feedback and heatmaps to identify friction points in the conversion funnel.

Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field is required. A portfolio demonstrating real-world application design is mandatory.
Experience
Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably within an e-commerce or high-traffic digital platform. Proven experience in working within agile development teams is highly preferred.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 45,000 SSP to 75,000 SSP, depending on experience and technical proficiency.
