Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design complex hydraulic circuits and schematics for heavy-duty industrial machinery using advanced CAD software.
• Perform detailed fluid flow simulations and pressure drop calculations to ensure system efficiency.
• Select appropriate hydraulic components, including pumps, valves, cylinders, and hoses, based on specific operational requirements.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing department to ensure designs are feasible for production and assembly.
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation of hydraulic prototypes to meet international safety and performance standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design flaws identified during the testing phase or in the field.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, parts lists, and maintenance manuals.

Required Skills
