Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with digital inventory records.
  • Monitor stock movement patterns to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
  • Implement and maintain strict inventory control procedures and documentation.
  • Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment of goods.
  • Identify and investigate discrepancies in inventory levels and report findings to management.
  • Optimize warehouse layout to improve picking efficiency and inventory accessibility.

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting inventory data and forecasting trends.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure 100% accuracy in stock records.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve inventory discrepancies quickly.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory. Professional certification in inventory management or Six Sigma is highly preferred.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of direct experience in warehouse inventory control or supply chain management, preferably within a multinational logistics or manufacturing environment.

Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 15,000 SSP to 25,000 SSP, depending on experience and performance metrics.
