Job Overview

The Senior Logistics Fleet Manager will play a pivotal role in optimizing our transportation network within Ethiopia. This position is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our vehicle fleet, from procurement and maintenance to driver management and route optimization. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic fleet management plans to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair schedules for all company vehicles to ensure maximum uptime and safety.
• Manage a diverse team of drivers and technicians, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.
• Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle usage, and maintenance costs to optimize the total cost of ownership.
