Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and sophisticated Senior Hospitality Guest Experience Manager to lead our guest relations efforts in the historic city of Lalibela. This role is critical to ensuring that every guest receives a personalized, seamless, and memorable stay that aligns with Hyatt’s global standards. The successful candidate will oversee the guest journey from pre-arrival to post-departure, managing VIP relations, resolving complex guest issues, and training staff to deliver exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field is required. Professional certifications in luxury service management are highly preferred.

Experience

A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in high-end hospitality environments, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction metrics is essential.

Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 45,000 to 65,000 SSP, depending on experience and performance metrics.
