Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of data science projects, from problem definition to model deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify high‑impact use cases and translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines using Azure Machine Learning, Python, and Spark.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and big‑data frameworks such as Spark or Hadoop.
• Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and natural language processing.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, including services like Azure Databricks and Azure Synapse.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a data‑first mindset.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Leadership experience managing high‑performing data science teams.

Education

A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline is required. Candidates with a Ph.D. or relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Data Scientist Associate) are highly preferred.

Experience

Minimum of eight years of professional experience in data science, with at least three years in a leadership or lead role. Proven track record of delivering production‑grade machine learning solutions in a cloud environment is essential.

Salary
