Key Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage CEO and Deputy CEO calendars, meetings, and appointments.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings with partners such as Huawei, Safaricom Ethiopia, and ACE Technology.
  • Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and communication on behalf of executives.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and executive documents.
  • Organize domestic and regional travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and logistics.
  • Process expense reports, requisitions, and administrative approvals.

Meeting & Governance Coordination

  • Organize executive-level meetings and board discussions.
