Job Overview
The Credit Portfolio Analyst will play a pivotal role in evaluating, monitoring, and optimizing the bank’s loan portfolio in the Western Oromia region. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze credit proposals and perform financial statement analysis for corporate and SME borrowers.
- Monitor existing loan performance, identify early warning signs, and recommend remedial actions.
- Prepare regular portfolio risk reports, including concentration risk, delinquency trends, and profitability metrics.
- Collaborate with relationship managers to structure loan terms that align with risk appetite and regulatory guidelines.
- Develop and maintain credit scoring models and stress‑testing scenarios.
- Assist in the preparation of credit policy updates and ensure compliance with the National Bank of Ethiopia regulations.
