Job Overview

The Infrastructure Project Controls Engineer will play a pivotal role in planning, monitoring and controlling the cost, schedule and performance of CRCC’s major construction projects in Ethiopia. Reporting to the Senior Project Controls Manager, the incumbent will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that project objectives are met on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets and cash‑flow forecasts aligned with project scope.
• Monitor actual performance against baselines and generate variance analysis reports.
• Identify, assess and mitigate schedule and cost risks through proactive controls.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance dashboards for senior management.
• Support contract administration and change order evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with CRCC’s internal standards and Ethiopian regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and Excel.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.

• Knowledge of construction contracts, EPC contracts and local regulations.

Education
