Job Overview

The Infrastructure Planning Manager will lead the strategic planning and coordination of major construction projects within the Tigray region and beyond. Reporting directly to the Director of Planning, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans, conducting feasibility studies, and ensuring alignment with national development goals. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed master plans for infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with national and regional development strategies.
• Lead feasibility assessments, cost‑benefit analyses, and risk evaluations for new project proposals.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including civil engineers, architects, financial analysts, and environmental specialists.
• Prepare and present project proposals, progress reports, and performance dashboards to senior management and government stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Ethiopian construction codes, environmental regulations, and international best practices.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Education

Experience

Applicants must have a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in infrastructure planning, project management, or a related field. Experience with large‑scale public infrastructure projects, especially within Ethiopia or comparable emerging markets, is essential. Salary
