Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coach a team of warehouse associates to achieve daily operational targets.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and timely dispatch.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Implement and enforce safety and security protocols to protect staff and assets.
  • Coordinate with the transportation department to schedule pickups and deliveries.
  • Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with local customs regulations and DHL’s internal policies.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly.

Salary
