Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of renewable energy projects
- Develop and implement project management plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies
- Ensure compliance with Ethiopian regulations and industry standards
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies and project management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
