Job Overview

The Senior Agronomist will play a pivotal role in our research and development division based in Debre Berhan. This position is designed for a highly skilled scientist who can bridge the gap between laboratory research and field application. You will be responsible for designing and implementing crop trials, managing soil health programs, and developing protocols to increase yield and resilience in local crops. This is a high-impact role that requires a deep understanding of tropical and highland agriculture, pest management, and irrigation efficiency.
