Job Overview
The E-commerce Logistics Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end flow of goods from our regional fulfillment centers to the final customer. This role is critical for ensuring that our delivery promises are met with precision and speed. You will be responsible for optimizing last-mile delivery routes, managing local courier partnerships, and utilizing advanced data analytics to minimize transit times. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Analyze delivery performance metrics to identify bottlenecks in the supply chain.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and local delivery agents.
- Implement inventory management protocols to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to streamline the picking and packing process.
- Monitor transportation costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.
