Job Overview

The Textile Quality Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire quality assurance lifecycle of garment production within our Hawassa facility.   • Lead and mentor a diverse team of quality controllers, providing continuous training on AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards.
  • Conduct regular audits of the production line to identify bottlenecks and quality lapses, implementing immediate corrective actions.
