Job Overview
DIGICOM INTELLIGENT SYSTEM PLC is seeking a detail-oriented Reconciliation Specialist to support financial operations, focusing on transaction reconciliation, merchant account accuracy, and payment system integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly transaction reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records
- Work closely with payment systems and merchant accounts
- Support merchant onboarding and financial integration processes
- Prepare reconciliation reports and supporting documentation
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency in all financial transactions
Job Requirements
- Junior High School education (as specified)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle financial data and reconciliation tasks
- Basic understanding of payment systems and merchant operations is an advantage
- Good reporting and documentation skills
