Key Job Responsibilities
The Finance and Admin Assistant will be responsible for ensuring efficient financial management and administrative support.
Financial Support & Cash Management
- Process payments for project teams, trainees, and beneficiaries according to organizational procedures
- Manage petty cash transactions and office checks responsibly
- Ensure timely collection, documentation, and settlement of taxes including withholding tax and income tax
- Support bookkeeping and maintain accurate accounting documentation
- Monitor and follow up on settlement of travel and work advances
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and payment records
