Job Description (JD)
The Talent & People Officer will play a key role in supporting workforce planning, recruitment strategies, employee experience, and HR administration while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and labor regulations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Source highly qualified candidates using job platforms, recruitment tools, professional networks, and innovative sourcing methods.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to advise, guide, and support recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout recruitment and onboarding stages.
- Conduct screening, interview coordination, and recruitment follow-up activities.
- Provide recruitment performance reports and updates to management.
- Continuously improve recruitment systems and talent acquisition processes.

2. Human Resource Operations
The Talent & People Officer will support daily HR functions, including:
- Supporting the implementation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Maintaining accurate and updated employee records and personnel files.
- Coordinating performance management activities with departmental leaders.
- Supporting employee benefits administration, including:
- Medical insurance

- Promote employee wellbeing through workplace welfare, safety, and health initiatives.
