Job Overview
Ethio Telecom is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Executive to drive sales of mobile, data, and digital services in Dire Dawa and surrounding areas. The role focuses on customer acquisition, territory expansion, and relationship management with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.
The successful candidate will implement sales strategies, monitor market trends, and collaborate with marketing and operations teams to maximize product visibility, increase subscriptions, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute territory sales strategies to meet revenue and customer acquisition targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
Drive trade promotions, campaigns, and brand visibility initiatives
Track sales performance, KPIs, and territory analytics
Identify new business opportunities and high-potential customers
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market insights
Train retail partners to improve product knowledge and sales performance
Ensure optimal product availability and merchandising standards
Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to enhance customer engagement

Proven experience in telecommunications or FMCG sales
Strong negotiation, presentation, and client management skills
